Chef Arnon Oren, founder of Oren's Kitchen and Anaviv Catering & Events, has spent decades cooking in some of the Bay Area's most respected kitchens, including Oliveto and Chez Panisse.
Those experiences shaped his belief that thoughtful sourcing, seasonal ingredients, and genuine hospitality have the power to elevate everyday moments.
At Oren's Kitchen, that philosophy guides everything we do. Whether we're preparing lunch for an office meeting or feeding an entire company, we bring restaurant-level standards, flexibility, and care to every meal we serve.

Oren's Kitchen is part of a larger mission to create meaningful opportunities through food.
Alongside our catering and hospitality businesses, we operate Plant to Plate, a nonprofit workforce development program serving high school students in Richmond and San Pablo. Through paid internships, students gain hands-on experience in farming, cooking, hospitality, and event production while building confidence, responsibility, and real-world job skills.
Together, these programs create opportunities for young people to gain meaningful work experience while helping strengthen the local food community for years to come.
